We market and sell software, applications and websitesdeveloped by our Group Companies that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. However, for such products Refund requests cannot be entertained.
However, in case of any complaints, we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service, Domain Names, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software, Web design services etc. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
We do not accept cancellation request of orders placed under the Digital Delivery facility, for example, domain names, web hosting, software, web design templates, scripts, etc.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that our marketing team has obtained on special occasions & festivals. These are limited occasional offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
AGS does not accept cancellation requests for items like Domain Names, Web Hosting, Downloadable Software, Web design services etc.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund/cancellation can be done only when the conditions stated below are satisfied
- The license/ software not installed in any device by the customer.
- The customer has not opened the package post-delivery(for products).
- 15 days has not elapsed since delivery of product/service.
For product delivery, any loss/damage in transit needs to be borne by the client. However the client may agree to bear the insurance cost and mandate the service provider to get adequate insurance for the same. The Insurance cost will be added with the product cost in final invoice. In case of refund/cancellation, the client will coordinate with Insurance co. for refund and the insurance cost in either case(good/bad delivery) will be non-refundable.
The service delivery will consist of 3 stages: Specification, Sample Delivery, Final Delivery & Sign off. Any refund/cancellation can be initiated only in stage 2, I.e.â€ Sample Deliveryâ€. However in such case the client can claim refund within a maximum period of 2 weeks and no refund can be claimed or cancellation can be initiated after that period. Also, if the stage 3 starts, before the expiry of the aforesaid period of 2 weeks- the client will be deemed to forego the right of refund/cancellation.
Therefore Refund/cancellation for consulting or professional services can be done only when both of the following conditions are satisfied:-
- Within 2 weeks from sample delivery.
- Before commencement of final delivery.
